Prohibited Acts.

(1) No person may interfere or threaten
to interfere with or cause any interference with utility service or with
the utility service of or penalize any person who contributes to the corporation
or participates in any of its activities, in retribution for such contribution
or participation.

 
(2) No person may act with intent to prevent, interfere with or hinder
the activities permitted under this Act.

 
(3) A person who violates this Section may be fined not more than $1,000.
Each such violation shall constitute a separate and continuing violation
of this Act. A person who knowingly and wilfully violates this Section
may be imprisoned not more than 6 months.
