(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 37. Name. The corporate name of any company organized under this Article shall contain the word "Mutual" and shall not be the same as, or deceptively similar to, the name of any domestic company, or of any foreign or alien company authorized to transact business in this State.
