(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 19. Recording articles of incorporation. The duplicate original of the articles of incorporation returned by the Director shall be filed for record, within 15 days after it is delivered to the company, in the office of the recorder of the county where the principal office of the company is to be located.
