Sec. 179E-100. Authority to adopt rules. The Director may promulgate rules necessary to effectuate the purposes of this Article. Any rules so promulgated will not affect any existing SPRV insurance securitization in effect at the time of the promulgation. (215 ILCS 5/Art. XII heading) ARTICLE XII.
