other compensation, except the written trust instrument may provide for reimbursement for actual expenses incurred on behalf of the trust fund. No trustee or any employer or affiliate of any trustee shall enter into any contract with the trust fund for, or receive any monies or other compensation or thing of value whatsoever from, the trust fund for services performed for or on behalf of such trust fund, except as provided in this Act. (b) The trust fund shall have authority to indemnify its trustees, officers, employees and agents to the same extent as provided to not for profit corporations to indemnify its directors, officers, employees and agents under Section 108.75 of the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986, as now or hereafter amended.
