order; corrective orders. (a) Any organization which violates this Act shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. (b) The Director may issue to any organization subject to this Act, a cease and desist order as provided in Article XXIV of the Illinois Insurance Code, as now or hereafter amended. (c) The Director may issue corrective orders to any organization subject to this Act, as provided in Article XII 1/2 of the Illinois Insurance Code, as now or hereafter amended.
