Code to limited health service organizations. Section 155 of the Illinois Insurance Code, as now or hereafter amended, shall apply to limited health service organizations; except that no actions shall be brought for an unreasonable delay in the settling of a claim if the delay is caused by the failure of the enrollee to execute a lien as requested by the health care plan.
