which provide group insurance or prepaid health care that includes dental care only upon the condition that the insured or the person entitled to make a claim under the plan obtain services only from a list of dentists or groups of dentists approved by the insurer or dental service plan corporation shall advise the employer, group or organization of the requirements of Section 1 during the course of marketing or renewal of such health care policies.
