Issuance of License - Renewal.

Upon receipt of a completed
application for license or renewal the Department shall issue a license if:

 
 
(1) The Department finds that the applicant is in 
 
compliance with this Act and the minimum standards established pursuant to this Act;

 
 
(2) The applicant submits to the Department an 
 
acceptable plan for the correction of deficiencies discovered by the Department during an inspection performed pursuant to Section 6 or through other information provided to the Department regarding possible deficiencies; and

 
 
(3) The affiliated agency has maintained compliance 
 
with the standards established pursuant to its applicable licensing Act, if any.

 
The Department shall establish, by rule, the standards it uses to determine
whether a plan for correcting deficiencies is acceptable.
