Provisional License.

All hospice programs
in operation on the effective date of this Act shall be considered as holding
a provisional license.
The provisional license established by this Section shall remain in effect
for one year after the effective date of this Act or until the issuance
of a regular license whichever is earlier. The issuance of the regular hospice
license may be coordinated with the license renewal issued to the administrative
authority under its applicable licensing Act.
