Unlawful discrimination.

No consumer shall be subjected to unlawful discrimination as defined in Section 1-103 of the Illinois Human Rights Act by any owner, licensee, executive director, employee, or agent of a facility. Unlawful discrimination does not include an action by any licensee, executive director, employee, or agent of a facility that is required by this Act or rules adopted under this Act.
