Plan resubmittal.

Those permit applications failing to qualify for a permit for construction or major alteration after review by the Department shall be supplemented within 30 days by a plan resubmittal. Such resubmittals shall include, but not be limited to, revised plans, specifications and other required documentation sufficient to correct deficiencies in the application and demonstrate compliance with the rules. All plan resubmittals shall be submitted to the Department by a prequalified architect or prequalified professional engineer and shall be accompanied by a fee in accordance with Sections 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 of this Act. The requirements for plan resubmittal by a prequalified architect or prequalified professional engineer shall take effect upon adoption of rules to implement Section 30 of this Act.
