(a) Each registrant is required to comply with the provisions of this Act, any lawful order, rule, or regulation made or issued under the provisions of this Act, and all applicable federal and State laws, rules, and regulations. (b) Each registrant shall designate a qualified individual or individuals responsible for coordinating and monitoring compliance with subsection (a). (c) Each registrant shall maintain, implement, update, and enforce written compliance policies and procedures, in accordance with Section 10-10 and subject to any rules adopted by the Department, which policies and procedures must be reviewed and approved by the registrant's board of directors or an equivalent governing body of the registrant.
