Division of Banking Act, or this Act to act in the Secretary's stead, and, beginning on January 1, 2011 (the effective date of Public Act 96-1163), all references in this Act to the Commissioner of Banks and Real Estate are deemed, in appropriate contexts, to be references to the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation.
