Use of public property.

Any credit union, the membership of
which consists primarily of employees of this State or of any county, city,
village, incorporated town or school district, or of any department, agency
or instrumentality of the State and their families, may, upon application
to the appropriate officer or agency, be allotted such space as is available
in any public building, for the purpose of providing an office and meeting
place for the credit union without charge for rent or services.
