Illinois Code § 205 ILCS 205/9008

Report of examination.

Upon completion of each examination, the Secretary may 
make a report of examination to the board of directors of the
savings bank or other entity examined. The report shall be read
by each director who shall then execute a signed statement that he has read the report. The statement shall
be filed and retained by the savings bank or appropriate entity
examined and shall be examined by the Secretary during regular
examinations.
