(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2037) Sec. 40. Rulemaking. After consultation with and written approval by the Department, the Commission may adopt administrative rules as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act in accordance with the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.
