(was 20 ILCS 805/63a15) Sec. 805-525. Regulation of boats on lakes. The Department has the power to designate the size, type, and kind of boats that may be used on lakes owned and operated by the Department and to charge a reasonable annual service, usage, or rental fee for the use of privately owned boats on those lakes.
