(was 20 ILCS 805/63a20) Sec. 805-250. Leases for strategic military sites. The Department has the power to lease lands over which the Department has jurisdiction to the United States Army for use as strategic military sites for a period not to exceed 10 years. All such leases, for whatever period, shall be subject to the written approval of the Governor.
