(was 20 ILCS 805/63a1) Sec. 805-100. Conservation of fish and game. The Department has the power to take all measures necessary for the conservation, preservation, distribution, introduction, propagation, and restoration of fish, mussels, frogs, turtles, game, wild animals, wild fowls, and birds.
