(Section scheduled to be repealed on September 15, 2045) Sec. 10-40. Energy Community Reinvestment Report. Beginning 365 days after the effective date of this Act, and at least once each calendar year thereafter, the Department shall create or commission the creation of a report on the energy worker and transition programs created in this Act and publish the report on its website. The report shall, at a minimum, contain information on program metrics, the demographics of participants, program impact, and recommendations for future modifications to the services provided by the Department under these programs.
