(was 20 ILCS 605/46.47) Sec. 605-920. Assisting local governments; debt management, capital facility planning, infrastructure. To provide, in cooperation with the Illinois Finance Authority, technical assistance to local governments with respect to debt management and bond issuance, capital facility planning, infrastructure financing, infrastructure maintenance, fiscal management, and other infrastructure areas.
