(was 20 ILCS 605/46.4) Sec. 605-330. Encouragement of new industries; use of Illinois coal. To encourage new industrial enterprises to locate in Illinois, by educational promotions pointing out the opportunities of the State as a commercial and industrial field of opportunity and by solicitation of industrial enterprises, and to encourage new enterprises to use equipment that utilizes Illinois coal.
