(was 20 ILCS 605/46.41) Sec. 605-30. State and federal programs, grants, and subsidies. The Department shall use the State and federal programs, grants, and subsidies that are available to assist in the discharge of the provisions of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. The Department shall evaluate the eligibility of special districts for State and federal programs, grants, and subsidies based on eligibility requirements set forth in their statutory charters.
