(a) Whenever a State agency has a job opening for an intern or a student worker, that State agency shall notify the Department of Human Services, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and the Department of Children and Family Services and document that notification. (b) The Department of Human Services, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and the Department of Children and Family Services shall take steps to notify qualified applicants of each internship or student worker job opening for which a notification is received under subsection (a) and shall document those steps.
