(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2026) Sec. 5.20. Child care for former public aid recipients; Department of Human Services. The Department of Human Services may provide child care services to former recipients of assistance under the Illinois Public Aid Code as authorized by Section 9-6.3 of that Code. This Section is repealed on July 1, 2026.
