(Section scheduled to be repealed on August 1, 2026) Sec. 15. Meetings. The Commission shall hold its first meeting by July 31, 2023. The Commission may conduct meetings at such places and at such times as it may deem necessary or convenient to enable it to exercise fully and effectively its powers, perform its duties, and accomplish its objectives and purposes.
