(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 45. Dissolution; repeal. (a) The Commission and its advisory committees and working groups are dissolved on June 1, 2027, and any assets remaining in the Illinois America 250 Commission Trust Fund shall be deposited into the General Revenue Fund. (b) This Act is repealed on January 1, 2028.
