(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 25. Termination of Task Force; repeal. (a) The Task Force shall terminate upon the expiration of the 5-year period beginning on the effective date of this Act. (b) This Act is repealed on January 1, 2029.
