(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2029) Sec. 5.2. No person shall establish, construct, or modify an institution, place, building, or room used for the performance of outpatient surgical procedures that is leased, owned, or operated by or on behalf of an out-of-state facility without first obtaining a permit from the State Board.
