(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2029) Sec. 18. The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act, as now or hereafter amended, is hereby expressly adopted and incorporated herein and shall apply to the State Board and the Agency as if all of the provisions of such Act were included in this Act; except that in case of a conflict between the Administrative Procedure Act and this Act the provisions of this Act shall control. This Section applies to the Agency and the State Board 6 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1977.
