(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2029) Sec. 12.1. The State Board shall, by rule, define terms and set those conditions necessary to implement the Health Care Worker Self-Referral Act. The rules shall be promulgated and adopted exclusively and solely by the State Board.
