Effective April 1, 1983: (a) The position of Executive Director of the Illinois Law Enforcement Commission is abolished; (b) The Illinois Law Enforcement Commission is abolished, and the terms and appointments of its members and Chairman are terminated; and (c) "An Act creating an Illinois Law Enforcement Commission and defining its powers and duties", approved September 20, 1977, as now or hereafter amended, is repealed.
