(a) The Council may employ an executive director, a secretary, and such clerical, technical and other employees and assistants as it considers necessary for the proper transaction of its business. (b) The Department of Central Management Services shall provide to the Illinois Arts Council the same type and level of services as it provides to other State agencies, including but not limited to office space, communications, facilities management, and any other operational services that the Department provides to other State offices and agencies, as necessary to fulfill the Council's statutory mandate.
