Unless otherwise stated, the Agency is subject to the provisions of all applicable laws, including but not limited to, each of the following: (1) The State Records Act. (2) The Illinois Procurement Code, except that the Illinois Procurement Code does not apply to the hiring or payment of procurement administrators, procurement planning consultants, third-party program managers, or other persons who will implement the programs described in Sections 1-56 and 1-75 of the Illinois Power Agency Act. (3) The Freedom of Information Act. (4) The State Property Control Act. (5) (Blank). (6) The State Officials and Employees Ethics Act. Illinois Procurement Code does not apply to the hiring or payment of procurement administrators, procurement planning consultants, third-party program managers, or other persons who will implement the programs described in Sections 1-56 and 1-75 of the Illinois Power Agency Act.
