As used in this Act: (a) "Oversight Board" means the Racial Profiling Prevention and Data Oversight Board established under this Act. (b) "Department" means the Illinois Department of Transportation. (c) "Traffic and Pedestrian Stop Statistical Study Act" means Section 11-212 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
