(was 20 ILCS 2705/49.15a) Sec. 2705-510. Use of prisoners for highway cleanup. The Department has the power to request, from the Department of Corrections, the use of prisoners in a program as provided in paragraph (f) of Section 3-2-2 of the Unified Code of Corrections for the cleaning of trash and garbage from the highways of this State.
