(was 20 ILCS 2505/39b24) Sec. 2505-70. Messages Tax Act; Gas Revenue Tax Act. The Department has the power to exercise all the rights, powers, and duties vested in the Department by the Messages Tax Act and the Gas Revenue Tax Act.
