(was 20 ILCS 2310/55.11) Sec. 2310-580. Certificate of competency to make laboratory tests. To issue certificates of competency to persons and laboratories making laboratory tests in connection with the diagnosis of disease or for the evaluation of health hazards and to prepare and enforce rules and regulations relative to the issuance and use of such certificates.
