(was 20 ILCS 2310/55.44) Sec. 2310-435. Smoking cessation program for WIC participants. (a) (Blank). (b) (Blank). (c) The Department, in cooperation with the Department of Human Services, shall maintain a smoking cessation program for participants in the Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program. The program shall include, but not be limited to, tobacco use screening, education on the effects of tobacco use, and smoking cessation counseling and referrals.
