(was 20 ILCS 2310/55.56a) Sec. 2310-322. AIDS awareness; senior citizens. The Department must include within its public health promotion programs and materials information targeted to persons 50 years of age and more concerning the dangers of HIV and AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases.
