(was 20 ILCS 2105/61b) Sec. 2105-220. Release of Department records pursuant to subpoena. Prior to the release of any records of the Department pursuant to a subpoena in a civil or criminal proceeding, the party seeking the records shall pay to the Department $1.00 per page for the records.
