Sec. 205-55. 

Gasohol and other alcohol fuels promotion. 

The Department has
the power to promote the use of gasohol and other alcohol fuels
and
to promote the utilization of agricultural crops
for the production of alcohol
fuels, particularly the use of by-products of such crops without
diminishing
the primary utilization of such crops.
