(was 20 ILCS 205/40.17) Sec. 205-315. Warehouses; buying and selling grain. The Department has the power to exercise the rights, powers, and duties vested by law in the Department in regulating grain warehouses, personal property warehouses, and persons engaged in the business of buying and selling grain.
