(was 20 ILCS 205/40.7a) Sec. 205-20. State Fair promotion. The Department has the power to encourage and promote agriculture and related industries and activities associated with the Illinois State Fair. The Department may establish State Fair and treasury held funds to receive and disburse moneys in connection with the conduct and promotion of activities held at the Illinois State Fair.
