(was 20 ILCS 205/40.11) Sec. 205-100. Trees and shrubs; insect pests and plant diseases. The Department has the power to encourage the planting of trees and shrubs and the improvement of farm homes generally and to provide for the suppression and control of insect pests and plant diseases.
