(was 20 ILCS 1905/45 in part) Sec. 1905-90. State Mining Board. Any statute that by its terms is to be administered by the State Mining Board shall be administered by the Board without any direction, supervision, or control by the Director of Natural Resources or the Director of the Office of Mines and Minerals, except that which the Director of the Office may exercise by virtue of being a member of the Board and except as may be provided in the statute.
