(was 20 ILCS 2330/3) Sec. 3. Definitions. "Commission" means the Illinois Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service. "Director" means the Executive Director of the Illinois Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service. "Staff" means the Illinois Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service staff.
