(was 20 ILCS 1005/43a.03) Sec. 1005-30. Statistical details relating to departments of labor. The Department has the power to collect, collate, assort, systematize, and report statistical details relating to all departments of labor, especially in its relation to commercial, industrial, social, educational, and sanitary conditions, and to the permanent prosperity of the manufacturing and productive industries.
