(was 20 ILCS 1005/44a) Sec. 1005-110. Board of Review. The Board of Review in the Department shall exercise all powers and be subject to all duties conferred or imposed upon the Board by the provisions of the Unemployment Insurance Act, in its own name and without any direction, supervision, or control by the Director.
